15 Attendance by teleconferencing
(1)
A committee member may attend and participate in the committee meeting by teleconferencing.
(2)
The secretary of the committee must arrange teleconferencing facilities if requested to do so by the committee member.
(3)
A committee member who attends a meeting by teleconferencing is taken to be present at the meeting.
