37 Records of corporation
(1) The committee must ensure the following records are kept for the corporation:
the full name and address of each member of the corporation;
minutes of general meetings;
copies of resolutions made at general meetings;
records of the results of voting on motions;
copies of notices given by the corporation;
copies of appointments of proxies;
used voting papers;
correspondence sent or received by the corporation;
insurance policies maintained by the corporation;
contracts and agreements entered into by the corporation;
leases and licences entered into by the corporation.
(2) The committee must ensure each record is kept for at least 7 years after the date it is created.
