6 Election of committee members
(1) The corporation must elect the committee members at each annual general meeting.
(2) A person is eligible for election as a committee member only if the person is an individual:
(a)
who is a member of the corporation; or
(b)
nominated by a member of the corporation that is a company; or
(c)
nominated by an individual who is:
(i)
a member of the corporation; and
(ii)
not a candidate for election as a committee member.
