26 Interim resolutions if no quorum present
(1)
If there is no quorum present at the general meeting, the meeting may take place but all resolutions made at the meeting are interim resolutions.
(2)
An interim resolution becomes a resolution of the corporation if it is confirmed at the next general meeting at which a quorum is present.
