59 Court may order compliance plan
(1)
Where a person is found guilty of an offence against this Act, the Court may, on the application of the prosecutor, order the person to prepare and submit to the NT EPA, before the date specified in the order, a draft compliance plan in relation to a provision of the
Regulations or of an environment protection objective specified in the order.
(2)
An order under subsection (1) may be made in addition to or instead of any other punishment that the Court may impose.
