19.02 Order to attend
(1)
The Court may, by summons, order a person to attend the hearing of a proceeding or attend at any stage of a proceeding for the purpose of giving evidence or producing a document or thing for evidence, or for both purposes.
(2)
An order by summons for the attendance of a person to give evidence or produce a document or thing is to be taken as made when the summons is issued.
