Part 19Witness summons
19.03 Summons to give evidence
(1)
A summons to give evidence:
(a)
is to be in accordance with Form 19A;
(b)
may be addressed to one or more persons; and
(c) is to be filed in sufficient numbers for service and proof of service.
(2)
On the filing of a summons to give evidence, a Registrar must:
(a)
sign and seal each copy of the summons; and
(b)
issue the summons.
