Summons for production at hearing

In force

If the Court has fixed a date for the hearing of a proceeding, and a party to the proceeding files a summons for production to take place on the date of the hearing, a Registrar must:

(a)

sign and seal each copy of the summons; and

(b)

issue the summons.
