208 Terms and conditions of appointment
(1)
A member of the Land Tribunal is to be paid such remuneration and allowances as are determined by the Governor in Council.
(2)
A member of the Land Tribunal holds office on such terms and conditions not provided for by this Act as are determined by the Governor in Council.
