213 Termination of appointment
The Governor in Council may terminate the appointment of a member of the Land Tribunal if the member—
becomes mentally or physically incapable of satisfactorily performing the member’s duties; or
is convicted of an indictable offence (whether in Queensland or elsewhere); or
is guilty of misconduct of a kind that could warrant dismissal from the public service if the member were an officer of the public service; or
contravenes section 212 or a direction given under that section; or
in the case of the chairperson—is absent, without the Minister’s leave and without reasonable excuse, for 14 consecutive days or 28 days in any 12 months.
Subsection (1)(c) applies only to a non-presiding member.
