22 Show cause notices about cancellation of registration of business names that are undesirable etc.
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a notice is given to a person by the registrar under section 10 of the existing Act before the change-over day; and
(b)
the period stated in the notice had not expired before the change-over day.
(2)
Despite the repeal of section 10 of the existing Act, the registrar may continue to deal with the notice under section 10 of the existing Act.
