Pending notice requiring information to be given

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

a notice is given to a person by the registrar under section 13 of the existing Act before the change-over day; and

(b)

the period stated in the notice, or the further period allowed by the registrar under section 13(2) of the existing Act, had not expired before the change-over day.

(2)

Despite its repeal, section 13 of the existing Act continues to apply in relation to the notice.
