Offences against existing Act—before change-over day

(1)

This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against the existing Act before the change-over day.

(2)

Despite the Criminal Code, section 11, a proceeding for the offence may be started or continued, and the court may hear and decide the proceeding, as if this part (other than this section) had not commenced.
