Notice of proposed cancellation

This section applies if a notice is given to a person by the registrar under section 18(1) or (2) of the existing Act within 1 month before the change-over day.

(2)

Despite the repeal of section 19 of the existing Act, the registrar may continue to deal with the notice under that section.
