113 Obligation to enter agreement about assistance continues
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a service provider who received assistance after giving the written agreement mentioned in previous section 27(4)(a) has not complied with previous section 27(4)(b).
(2)
The chief executive must stop the assistance if the service provider does not enter into a funding agreement about the assistance within the time stated in the written agreement given under previous section 27(4)(a).
(3)
In this section—assistance means assistance given to a service provider under previous part 4.
