116 Interim managers
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
immediately before the commencement, a person was appointed as an interim manager for a funded service provider; or
(b)
an interim manager is appointed for a funded service provider under section 114.
(2)
The interim manager may exercise, or continue to exercise, a power under the unamended Act in relation to the service provider.
(3)
For the purposes of subsection (2), the unamended Act continues to apply to the interim manager’s appointment as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
