Community Services Act 2007

This section applies to a decision of the chief executive under this Act if—

before the commencement the decision was a reviewable decision; and

after the commencement the decision is not a reviewable decision.

The unamended Act continues to apply to the decision despite the enactment of the amending Act.

Without limiting subsection (2)—

an interested person for the review decision made by the chief executive under previous section 96 may apply to QCAT for a review of the decision under previous section 97; and

QCAT may hear and decide, or continue to hear and decide, an application for a review of the review decision under previous section 97.
