115 Authorised officers
(1)
A person who, immediately before the commencement, held office as an authorised officer is taken to be an authorised officer appointed under section 25 by the chief executive administering this Act until the person stops holding office under section 30.
(2)
A person who, immediately before the commencement, held office as an authorised officer under the Disability Services Act 2006 is taken to be an authorised officer appointed under section 25 by the chief executive administering that Act until the person stops holding office under section 30.
