23 Bottling and canning
(1)
Bottling and canning (the relevant activity) consists of bottling or canning 200t or more of food in a year.
(2)
The relevant activity does not include—
(a)
bottling or canning for carrying out an activity to which another section applies; or
(b)
bottling water.
(3)
The aggregate environmental score for the relevant activity is 45.
