194 Remedial action notice given under former s 9
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
an inspector gave a remedial action notice under former section 9(5); and
(b)
the notice had not been complied with.
(2)
The notice is taken to have been given by the inspector under section 9(4).
