Notice given under former s 13

In force

(1)

This section applies if, before the commencement—

(a)

a person gave the chief inspector a notice under former section 13(1); and

(b)

the chief inspector had not decided whether to make the declaration.

(2)

The notice is taken to have been given under section 13(1).

(3)

Anything done in relation to the notice under the 2003 regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the notice under this regulation.
