200 Client record and proposed use under former s 78B
From the commencement—
(a)
a proposed use obtained for a new client under former section 78B(3)(a)(iv) is taken to be a proposed use for the client obtained under section 88(3)(a)(iv); and
(b)
a client record made under former section 78B(3)(c) is taken to be a client record made under section 88(3)(c).
