196 Application made under former s 16
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
a person applied to the chief inspector under former section 16 for an explosives trial approval; and
(b)
the chief inspector had not decided the application.
(2)
The application is taken to have been made under section 16.
(3)
Anything done in relation to the application under the 2003 regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the application under this regulation.
