Delegations continue until revoked

In force

A delegation made by the chief executive under the Primary Industries Corporation Act 1992, section 10, before the commencement of this section—

(a)

is taken to have been made by the chief executive under this Act; and

(b)

continues to have effect until revoked by the chief executive.
