82J Powers of Magistrates Court on appeal
(1)
In deciding the appeal, the Magistrates Court may—
(a)
confirm the seizure of the thing; or
(b)
set aside the seizure and order the return of the thing.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), a Magistrates Court may give any necessary directions about the seized thing before the appeal is heard or to dispose of the appeal.
