82K Appeal to District Court on questions of law only
(1)
A party dissatisfied by the decision of the Magistrates Court may appeal to the District Court, but only on a question of law.
(2)
The District Court may give any necessary directions about the seized thing before the appeal is heard or to dispose of the appeal.
