10A Judges pension scheme applies to former Governor
The Judges Pensions Act, other than sections 15 and 15A, applies to a former Governor, with the changes set out in this division and any other necessary changes, as if—
(a)
a reference to a judge in that Act included a reference to the former Governor; and
(b)
a reference to the Minister in that Act were a reference to the Minister who administers this Act.
