10B Period for which former Governor holds the office
(1)
This section applies in relation to the application of the Judges Pensions Act to a former Governor under this division, other than section 10C(1)(a) or 10D(1)(a).
(2)
Any period, before the person’s appointment as Governor, that would be counted as service as a judge for the Judges Pensions Act, is to be counted as a period for which the person held the office.
