10F Provision about agreements and court orders under Family Law Act 1975 (Cwlth)
The Judges Pensions Act, part 2, division 2 applies to a former Governor as follows—
the reference to a retired judge in section 9 of that Act, definition entitled former spouse is taken to be a reference to a former Governor;
information allowed to be given under section 10 of that Act includes information about a benefit for a person who holds the office;
sections 11 and 12 of that Act apply whether the person is the Governor or a former Governor, at the operative time mentioned in the section;
section 13 of that Act applies in relation to a person who is the Governor at the operative time mentioned in the section and dies while holding the office.
