(1)
Division 2 sets out the entitlement to, and rates of, pensions payable.
(2)
Division 3 sets out provisions that may affect the entitlement to, and amounts of, pensions payable.
(3)
Division 4 sets out provisions that may result in the ending of an entitlement to a pension.
(4)
The provisions in division 2 are subject to the provisions in divisions 3 and 4, and the provisions in division 3 are subject to the provisions in division 4.
