56 Time and place of meetings
(1)
A meeting of the board is to be held at the time and place fixed by the board.
(2)
The board must meet at least once in every 3 months.
(3)
In addition, the board chairperson may convene a board meeting—
(a)
at any time; or
(b)
if asked by the chief executive officer.
(4)
The board may hold meetings, or allow members to take part in its meetings by telephone, video link, or another form of communication that allows reasonably contemporaneous and continuous communication between the members taking part in the meeting.
(5)
This section does not limit section 59.
