58 Decisions

(1)

The decision in which a majority of the board members voting agrees is the board’s decision.

(2)

If the voting is equal, the presiding member’s decision is the board’s decision.

(3)

The presiding member is the board chairperson or, if the chairperson is absent, the member chosen by the members present.
