35 Right of review
A person about whom any of the following decisions is made may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision—
a refusal of a permit under this part;
a cancellation of a permit under this part;
a refusal to identify a person, association of persons or class of person as an essential user or as a high priority user of liquid fuel of a particular kind;
a revocation of an instrument identifying a person, association of persons or class of person as an essential user or as a high priority user of liquid fuel of a particular kind;
a refusal to identify a person or association of persons as a bulk customer of a relevant person for a particular refined liquid petroleum product;
a revocation of an instrument identifying a person or association of persons as a bulk customer of a relevant person for a particular refined liquid petroleum product.
Costs must not be awarded to either party to a review by QCAT.
