64C Continuing obligation to notify
(1)
This section applies for an application for a proposed mining claim if, after the last objection day but before the hearing day for the application, the applicant gives the chief executive an additional document about the application.
(2)
The applicant must give a copy of the document to each affected person within the meaning of section 64A.
