79 Consent to grant of mining claim over reserve by Governor in Council
(1)
After considering a recommendation made pursuant to section 78(1)(c)(ii) by the Land Court in respect of the application for the grant of a mining claim, the Minister shall either reject the application or recommend to the Governor in Council that the Governor in Council consent to the grant.
(2)
The Governor in Council may, upon the recommendation of the Minister, consent (subject to such terms and conditions as the Governor in Council determines) to the grant of a mining claim over land that is reserve.
