Mineral Resources Act 1989

This section applies if—

a registered indigenous use agreement under the Commonwealth Native Title Act, or an agreement mentioned in section 31(1)(b) of the Commonwealth Native Title Act, provides for the grant, renewal or variation of, or another act concerning, a mining claim; and

the State is a party to the agreement; and

the agreement includes a requirement that, if the act is done, the mining claim must be subject to conditions stated in the agreement (the stated conditions); and

the act is done.

The mining claim is subject to the stated conditions.
