Renewal of claim must be in name of last recorded transferee

In force

(1)

This section applies if a transfer of a mining claim is registered under the Common Provisions Act—

(a)

after the date on which an application for renewal of the claim is made; and

(b)

before the application is decided by the Minister.

(2)

Any renewal granted on the application must be in the name of the transferee under the last transfer registered before the grant of the renewal.
