41 Regulation-making power for prescribed places
(1)
A regulation may prescribe a place as a prescribed place for the purposes of this division.
(2)
A regulation made under subsection (1) after the commencement—
(a)
may omit a place prescribed by regulation on commencement; and
(b)
must not prescribe a place that was not prescribed by regulation on commencement.
