48 Revocation or variation
The court, at any time on application by a senior police officer, may make an order to vary or revoke an extension order for a prescribed place.
An application must state—
the grounds on which the variation or revocation is sought; and
the information supporting the grounds on which the variation or revocation is sought.
The application must be accompanied by any affidavit the senior police officer intends to rely on at the hearing of the application.
A police officer must serve a copy of the application, with any accompanying affidavit, on an owner or occupier of the prescribed place.
A police officer must serve a copy of the order for the variation or revocation on an owner or occupier of the prescribed place as soon as practicable after the order is made.
Service of the application or order must be by personal service or, if personal service is not practicable, by public notice.
