46 Effect of extension order
(1)
If a court makes an extension order for a prescribed place, the prescribed place is taken to continue to be restricted premises for the extended period.
(2)
For section 54—
(a)
the owner or occupier of the prescribed place is taken to have been served with a restricted premises order for the prescribed place, including the condition mentioned in section 37(2), on the day on which the owner or occupier was served with the extension order; and
(b)
the restricted premises order mentioned in paragraph (a) is taken to remain in force for the extended period.
