114 Term of appointment
(1)
A member or deputy member is appointed for the term, of no more than 4 years, stated in the member’s or deputy member’s instrument of appointment.
(2)
However, a person’s appointment as a member or deputy member ends if, during the term of the appointment, the person becomes disqualified under section 112.
