Leave of absence for members

(1)

The Minister may approve leave of absence of 3 or more meetings for a member.

(2)

If the deputy chairperson is absent on approved leave, the Minister may appoint another member to act in the deputy chairperson’s office while the deputy chairperson is absent on approved leave.
