150 Particular members of former board continue in office
(1)
This section applies to a person who is a member of the former board immediately before the commencement if the person’s term of appointment as a member would, other than for this section, have ended before the commencement of section 149 of this Act.
(2)
Despite section 12 of the repealed Act, the person continues as a member of the former board until it is dissolved under section 149 of this Act.
