164 Continuing effect of qualifications under repealed Act
(1)
Subsection (2) applies—
(a)
despite the repeal of the repealed Act; and
(b)
only before 1 July 2008.
(2)
A person is taken to be qualified for registration under section 10(1) if the person complies with the requirements for registration under section 18(a) or (b) of the repealed Act.
