156 Complaints under repealed Act
(1)
This section applies to a complaint about an individual given to the former board under the repealed Act if the former board had not authorised an investigation of, or otherwise dealt with, the complaint under that Act before the commencement.
(2)
The complaint is taken to be a complaint under this Act.
