162 Existing registrations—other entities
(1)
This section applies to the following entities—
(a)
a registered professional engineering company;
(b)
a registered professional engineering unit.
(2)
On the commencement, the entity’s registration under part 5 or 6 of the repealed Act ceases to have effect.
