199 Existing chief executive officer of all-codes board
(1)
This section applies if a person holds office as the chief executive officer of the all-codes board immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The person’s appointment continues on the same terms and conditions that applied under the pre-amended Act, including, for example, in relation to remuneration and allowances, until different terms and conditions are decided under section 34(2).
