202 Previous s 9CN continues to have effect despite repeal
(1)
This section applies to a person who, at any time before the commencement, was a member of a control board as stated in previous section 9CN.
(2)
Despite its repeal, previous section 9CN continues to apply in relation to the person and any civil liability continues to attach to the board.
