204 Control body’s first quarterly report under s 87
(1)
Section 87 does not apply to a control body in relation to a quarter in a financial year before the quarter in which its first operational plan is agreed to by the Minister as mentioned in section 205.

quarter, in a financial year, see section 87(4).
