53 Resolved complaints
(1)
This section applies if the commissioner considers a complaint has been resolved.
(2)
The commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the complaint is resolved, advise the complainant—
(a)
about the outcome of the resolution of the complaint; and
(b)
that the commissioner has finished dealing with the complaint.
(3)
Also, the commissioner must give the prescribed person a notice stating the matters mentioned in subsection (2).
